As a destination wedding photographer, I am lucky to have photographed real weddings in some stunning locations. From the rustic province of Dordogne in the South of France, to multiple locations across beautiful Italy including Tuscany, Puglia and Sicily. I've photographed winter weddings in the -10 degree Norwegian snow and summer weddings in the sun drenched 35 degree Greek islands. My destination wedding bucket list is never ending. I am always excited to travel somewhere new, or revisit any of the beautiful locations I've been to before.
For destination weddings, I like to keep things easy. My full day package remains the same price, whether I am shooting a wedding in the UK or abroad. I simply charge an additional one-off fee to cover travel expenses. With that travel fee, I handle my flights, accommodation and travel myself. The fee will be agreed prior to booking, with no extra work for you and no hidden costs. Destination weddings often span several days and there's something truly special about capturing not just the wedding day, but the whole weekend of celebrations. Rehearsal dinners, welcome drinks, brunches, and those candid poolside moments all provide the depth and detail to tell a richer, more meaningful story. You can add as much adjacent day coverage as you like to your package or perhaps an additional couples photoshoot, perfect if you would like photos in another location or partake in an activity you don't have time to on your wedding day.
If you are planning an intimate elopement abroad, I would love to come along for the ride! My elopement package is for couples who are eloping either just the two of you, or bringing a very small number of guests (up to 10). I cover both chic city elopements and adventure elopements. With fewer or no guests, there is often much more flexibility when planning an elopement, so we will discuss locations and timings in great detail to ensure you get the best out of your photos. If you're an outdoorsy couple and have a wild idea, try me! I love to hike, sail, ski and am always up for an adventure!

The latest I will arrive is the morning the day before you wedding day. This is to ensure I have contingency time if flights are delayed. If you would like adjacent day coverage, I will factor this in to my travel plans. If it's possible for me to stay for a couple of days either side your wedding day and enjoy a change of scene, I may stay for a little longer (covering additional expenses myself).
I charge a one-off fee to cover travel expenses. With that travel fee, I handle my flights, accommodation and travel myself. The fee will be agreed prior to booking, with no extra work for you and no hidden costs. The fee is to count towards flights, accommodation (2 nights) and transport (car hire or taxis). As a guide, expenses for Europe range from £500-£700.
Absolutely, if available, I am happy to cover your UK legal ceremony too. Please see my micro wedding package for further information.
Absolutely not! My aim is for you to have an amazing wedding day with the photography having minimal impact on you enjoying yourselves. I spend the majority of the day capturing events as they unfold, as naturally as possible. Of course, we will factor in time for any formal group photos, alongside 2 short couples photo sessions. I recommend keeping the number of formal group shots to less than 8 if you can. Couples portrait sessions last 10-15 minutes and are a great chance for you both to enjoy a little time together, away from your guests.
I send a 'sneak peeks' gallery of atleast 30 edited photographs within 3 days of your wedding date, to give you some photos to share with friends and family. The full gallery will then be delivered within 10 weeks, but I always aim to get it to you as soon as possible. There is no upper limit on the number of photos I will deliver, but I do believe in quality over quantity. I do not ‘hold back’ any good photos, just because you've got lots already. For a full day, I guarantee a minimum of 500 (but likely more).

I like to arrive at least 24 hours before your wedding. This way I have a little time to get to know the area and it also provides some contingency time if flights are delayed. Lucy is one in a million! I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone! Right from the start of the process Lucy was professional, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and we knew she was the right photographer for us.
Getting married abroad can be a little stressful but Lucy took so much of that stress away. She scoped out locations and gave us a plan which is exactly what I wanted! You wouldn’t have even known Lucy was there, she worked so incredibly hard and got the most wonderful pictures which captured the wedding perfectly. We will cherish these forever!
Lucy is wonderful, our pictures are beautiful and Lucy is a very talented photographer! Can’t recommend highly enough.
Thank you Lucy!
'We had Lucy photograph our small wedding in Norway, she stayed with us for a week and went above and beyond!! She became part of the family and she was such a pleasure to have around! She is such a beautiful person inside and out! I cannot recommend Lucy enough, she is so professional and does everything she can to get the perfect shot. Looking back through our photos was like going to a Time Machine and reliving our special day, she captured everything perfectly. I really cannot put into words what Lucy has done for us, she is incredible talented and I’m so lucky we had her for our big day! Thank you so much Lucy! x'
WOW- I have no words to describe how incredible Lucy is…
The best decision of my entire wedding was picking Lucy to be our photographer. From the moment we met her over Zoom, I knew that she was going to be amazing. She knew exactly the style of photographs I loved and it was like speaking to a friend...
I have just received my pictures and I am totally blown away. She captured our day so beautifully and caught moments we completely forgot about. I am in love with my pictures and I cry every time I look at them.
Lucy, you have a god given talent. Thank you for everything.
