There’s something so special about seeing your wedding images in print. Call me old-fashioned, but scrolling through your photos on a computer screen just doesn't compare to holding a physical, tangible album that really tells the story of your day. Not just a coffee table book, your fine art wedding album is designed to last and be an heirloom that will be passed down for generations.

I’ve done the hard work for you. It took me a long time (through a lot of trials, tests and samples) to find a supplier that I was happy with. I can confidently say the quality of these albums really is unbeatable.

HANDMADE IN ENGLAND - I work with Folio Albums, based in Yorkshire. Hand-bound and using the finest quality cover materials, papers and inks, their quality really is second to none.

ENTIRELY BESPOKE - The material, colour, and style of your album will be tailored completely to your taste. You get to choose all your favourite images and I’ll personally design a beautiful album around them. All prices also include cover personalisation. You can choose between ink, debossed, engraved, or gold foiled text.

GOLD STANDARD PIGMENTED INKS - Pigmented inks provide crystal clear printing, to ensure no fading or colour changing over time. High street printers will use cheaper 'dye ink' that will not provide the same quality or colour accuracy and will start to yellow within 10 years.

ARCHIVAL-QUALITY PAPER - Made with high quality fine art paper for a perfect matte finish. Pages feel smooth, matte, and highly strokable!

PROTECTIVE PACKAGING - All albums are hand packaged, presented in a natural cotton bag and protective box. Options to upgrade are available.

These are my favourite types of albums - a museum quality art book! Your photos are printed directly onto the page. Each spread opens out flat, with an almost invisible crease down the centre, which means that your photographs can be displayed across two pages. Photos can also be printed right to the edges, allowing near-endless design possibilities and flexibility. The 200gsm pages are weighty enough to be sturdy but delicate enough to feel precious when you turn.

Flat Lay albums

A mounted album embodies a classic elegance and impeccable attention to detail. Photographs are expertly set beneath precision-cut bevelled mats, rather like photographic mounts which individually frame each image. Each page consists of 6 hand assembled layers, so the pages are a substantial 2.8mm thick and have more of a rigid feel than the above flat lay option.

I will send you a brochure with all of the personalisation options for you to choose from. Via a questionnaire, you will select the type of album (flat lay or mounted), size (8x8, 10x10 or 12x12 inches), number of spreads (clients usually pick 15-30 full spreads), cover material (fabric or leather), colour (20+ options) and the text details that will appear on the cover.

02. Pick Your Photographs

Once you've received your full wedding gallery you pick your favourite photographs that you would like to feature in your Album. This can be done by either creating a 'Favourites List' in your Online Gallery or sending me a list of the file names. As a guide, I suggest approx 4-5 photos per 'spread', so 15 spreads will allow for up to 75 images. Additional spreads can be added for £10 per spread.

I will design the spreads in your Fine Art Book around your chosen photographs. I will send you a digital draft of your Fine Art Book, which will allow you to virtually flick through each spread and provide feedback on any changes that you would like me to make. Two rounds of changes are included in the price of the album.

Once you're happy with the design and the payment has been received, my supplier 'Folio Albums' will start making your Fine Art Book. Your album is handmade so it does take a little time, but you should expect to receive it within 4 weeks of order confirmation. Please keep in mind that it can sometimes take a bit longer over busy periods.

Each album is thoughtfully designed by me and filled with your chosen favourite photographs. The sample in this video showcases my most popular album size and type: a 10x10 inch Fine Art 'Flat Lay' Album, with photos printed directly onto the page. The cover is real leather in 'Mist' colour, with text in 'Prata' font using the blind debossing method.
